Overall the service was great. I enjoyed a spotless and well-designed room with nice views, it overlooked the sea. The location was very central and close to a mosque and a tower.

Make sure you stay in the a double room with Sultan Ahmed Mosque across the channel, all the amenities plus seaview. The stuff are super friendly and amazingly nice. The location is very central. Taksim district is worth your attention.

My room included central heating, a flat-screen TV and a safe box. The beds with hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was situated in the very central location close to puolic transport.

We loved staying here, as it is located on a hill with a stunning view overlooking the straight. The staff provided excellent service, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the soundproofed rooms had free toiletries and garden furniture. All in all, this place was a great choice for our stay.

We had an amazing stay in this fantastic hotel located in a vibrant neighborhood. It was only a short walk to the public transport station, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was modern, clean, and had an incredible view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making our experience even more enjoyable. The delightful breakfast was a highlight, and the amenities were useful for relaxation during our leisure time.

That the karaoke and casino facilities were not available, but this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The rooms are modern and luxurious, equipped with central heating, a safe box and TV. It has very welcoming and outstandingly accommodating staff and EXCELLENT services. Would still consider staying here again for celebrating anniversary, thoroughly enjoyed this place.
